Customer or Reviewer or patientAny individual who uses the company's services, whether dental services or our electronic services on all accounts belonging to the medical clinics on social media platforms or our official websites, or who books an appointment and performs a service.

ServicesAll services provided by clinics, including dental clinics, medical consultations or diagnosis within the specialty.

Website / Communication Platform / AppAny of the digital platforms operated by the clinics for communication, booking, providing information or offers, or for financial transactions if any, or other purposes.

Second: Acceptance of the conditions:

By using the clinic's services or website, or by booking any appointment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.

Third: Your data, information, access terms and consent:

The user must be 18 years of age or older to be able to use the digital platforms provided by the clinics.

When you submit your personal or medical data, you give clinics the right to handle this data in accordance with the purpose for which it was submitted, and in compliance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially the Personal Data Protection System.

Your use of Horizon Dental’s digital platforms or your submission of any data through the clinics’ website constitutes implicit acceptance of the clinics’ terms and conditions and privacy policies.

- It is strictly forbidden for unauthorized persons to attempt to access any part of the platform or to exceed the permissions granted to you as a user. Any unauthorized use or attempt to hack into clinic systems is considered a clear violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and exposes the perpetrator to legal accountability.

The user acknowledges his full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of his login data and not sharing it with any third party.

Fourth: Appointments, postponements, and cancellations:

Booking is done through the online platform, by phone, or in person.

Please adhere to the scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late, Horizon Dental Clinics has the right to cancel the appointment and not refund the fees if they have been paid in advance. You must also notify us in advance if you wish to modify or cancel, according to the cancellation policy adopted by the clinics and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

- Late arrival or failure to attend without notice may result in a fee deduction or cancellation of the reservation according to the branch/service policy.

Fifth: Fees and Payment:

- Service prices are clearly displayed, payment is required according to the terms of service (in advance or after service), and health insurance is accepted in specific cases within the insurance companies approved at Horizon Clinics. .

All offers, including the free consultation, are subject to the terms and conditions approved by Horizon Dental Clinics, and prices are subject to the lists approved by the Ministry of Health and the competent authority, and are subject to change without prior notice.

- Paying for the service constitutes the client’s agreement to the price of the treatment plan and an acknowledgment of his knowledge of it, and he is not entitled to request a refund of the amount paid after the first appointment and the start of the service. 

– The customer may benefit from an alternative service of equal value if the refund request is due to a medical impediment, provided that the medical impediment is proven, or replace it with another service of the same value if desired, provided that the original service is not used and the request is made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of payment. No request for replacement with another service or refund will be accepted after the expiry of this period.

If you have insurance, please provide the required information in advance. The reviewer is responsible for any part not covered by the insurance or the difference in cost, if any.

Secure payment gateways are used if payment is made electronically.

Sixth: Confidentiality and data protection:

The clinics are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and medical information provided, and will only disclose it in cases authorized by law or to third parties contracted with the clinics in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

– It is ensured that access to information is restricted to authorized and qualified employees who need it to perform their duties.

Clinics use appropriate security measures, such as encryption and technical protection, to protect your data from unauthorized access or inappropriate use.

Seventh: Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights related to the content published on the website (texts, logos, images, videos) are owned by Horizon Dental Clinics, and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Eighth: Advertisements and third-party content:

The site may contain content or offers provided by third parties. The clinics are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of these advertisements or associated products.

Ninth: Damages and Liability:

The clinics strive to provide high-quality medical services in accordance with recognized standards, but results cannot be guaranteed in all cases, and the response to cases may vary depending on the individual and the condition.

The clinics are not responsible for indirect damages or material losses resulting from the use of the site, reliance on published information or images, or delays in attending appointments.

The patient is responsible for actions that violate laws or conditions, and clinics may take legal action when necessary.

All information published through the official accounts of Horizon Dental Clinics is general educational information and should not be considered as a diagnosis of a medical condition, medical advice, or a substitute for it. The client, patient, or reader must consult a specialist doctor to obtain the appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. Horizon Dental Clinics bears no responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any results or damages that may result from others relying on this information as a medical reference.

Any interactive communication with support staff or the medical team via the electronic platform is monitored for the purpose of improving quality and is not a substitute for direct medical consultation.

Tenth: Amendments to the terms:

Horizon Dental Clinics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the amendments will be published on the official website or electronic platform with the date of the update specified.

Your continued use of the services after the posting of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Offers are valid during the period specified for each offer as advertised, unless terminated or modified by the clinics. The clinics shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses that may arise from participating in or benefiting from the offer. Offers cannot be exchanged for monetary value for any reason. The winner of any offer may not assign, transfer, or convert it to any other person under any circumstances, and any assignment or transfer contrary to these terms is null and void.

The clinics reserve the right to refuse or exclude any client from benefiting from the offer if it is found that the conditions are not met or there is any attempt at fraud. The clinics reserve the full right to modify, stop or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice, and without incurring any obligation to compensate any party.

If it is found that the client’s health condition does not allow him to benefit from the offer or that the service is not medically suitable for him according to the assessment of the doctors at Horizon Dental Clinics, the clinics have the right to cancel the offer without any obligation to provide compensation or replacement. If the service is not available at the branch where the appointment is scheduled, the clinics have the right to transfer the client to any other branch, and acceptance of the terms and conditions means his agreement to any branch to which he is referred. In case of refusal, Horizon Dental Clinics has the right to cancel the offer or the service in general.

Eleventh: Waiver of guarantees:

– The information and services provided through the website are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of content.

Twelfth: Termination Mechanism: 

Horizon Dental Clinics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the digital platform or any of its services at any time and without prior notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Thirteenth: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In the event of any dispute relating to these terms or the services provided, the competent court in the city of Riyadh shall be the competent authority to adjudicate the dispute.
